This option is designed for use by the iB Solutions implementation team. It allows debugging to be switched on an off at various levels to allow problems to be investigated. The program captures debugging output which is normally available only within the clients remote browser.
Note User Settings can be used to withdraw access to this option.
When the option is selected from the Menus/Admin Tools command list, the eSeries Client Side Logging screen is displayed.
The Level drop-down list is used to specify the level of debug messages that will be captured:
Debug – includes all available log messages
Information - includes all messages except debug level messages
Warning – includes all messages except for debug and information messages
Error – includes only messages classified as being errors
Off – all debug messages will be ignored
The HTML command button can be used to display the source content of the currently displayed eSeries screen including dynamic content which is not accessible using the browser's View Source command.
The Clear button will remove any existing messages while still listening for any new messages.
The Return button will close the debugging session and restore normal Integra eSeries behaviour.
